You've got to feel for them a little bit. Spurs was a huge pull and it's seems they were model professionals whilst working for us. I left a great job once for a big dream and regretted it by the third month.

You need to remember that we took the opportunity to let TF take his favourites with him and to make freshen-up the team at Jersey Road.

It was rather like "wouldn't you like to take him with you", "I'd be really disappointed if you take him"....

It was an massive opportunity to refresh the medical and sports science departments.
