Must admit - with the new rules protecting goalkeepers at corners they don't look like scoring from that particular set piece. And they got an awful lot that way last time out.Arsenal taking the foot of the gas pedal there. Not champions material IMO.
I’m not going to say anything cos he might be playing tomorrow. He cost £35m Savinho to Spurs £75m!!![]()
They’ve looked more imaginative, and every bit as dangerous, with the routines they’ve used tonight.Must admit - with the new rules protecting goalkeepers at corners they don't look like scoring from that particular set piece. And they got an awful lot that way last time out.
Too late to play this weekend so say what you want!I’m not going to say anything cos he might be playing tomorrow.

Cheers Mikelone of the reasons I think they’re nailed on to win it is that this season we’ll see a far more free flowing arsenal.
There was so much pressure on Arteta and that team to prove the bottle job shouters, including me, wrong that their approach to every game was incredibly deliberate and efficient.
I think now you’ll see a far more dominant creative side and ultimately assured aside. The corner change will affect them very little
I’m guessing his nickname is ‘Quantum’New Arsenal winger!! Why weren’t we warned about him!
Agree to a large extent but EPL Champions v EFL Champions would have been the draw I guess.Someone quickly tell me if i'm thick and uninformed here. Why was Arsenal v Coventry the first game of the season on a Friday night? Was this the chosen fixture to show by the broadcaster? Could they have chosen Hull v Man Utd or Brentford v Spurs, or Newcastle v Liverpool?
Sorry if im being stupid here but what a dreadful pick if so, no jeopardy in it at any point and there was never going to be either. If they were away to Coventry then 100%, but they weren't.
PL should make sure the EFL champions are at homeAgree to a large extent but EPL Champions v EFL Champions would have been the draw I guess.
I just feel if the league is trying to create the best product with VAR etc, then could they create the best fixtures too? Slippery slope I guess.PL should make sure the EFL champions are at home
Hull right now say, “hold my beer”FT
Arsenal 3-0 Coventry
Coventry are bottom of the PL. They better get used to hearing this.
But maybe not on pointsHappy to put a score on us finishing closer in the table to Arsenal than to Coventry.
Even better more time for #cans with #palsI bet it's a slow one that goes via Northampton.
Coventry Carnival dear boyPL should make sure the EFL champions are at home
Considering I also included myself in the bottle job brigade, not quite…..Cheers Mikel
Yep losing to Arsenal won't make any difference. They'll probably also lose to Liverpool away, man city etc like we all do most seasons. It's all the other games that will decide itRidiculous knee jerk reactions on here over Coventry's long-term prospects.
They totally predictably get thumped away to the league champions, who just beat Man C by the same scoreline. Could well have been worse than 3-0.
Predictions of going down, which they may well do, but tonight's result will have no impact on it.
Were some expecting them to carve out a load of chances? Just daft.
"You're Getting Mauled By The Tigers."2-0 Hull!
Maybe TNT had first pick & chose Hull? Unlikely though.Someone quickly tell me if i'm thick and uninformed here. Why was Arsenal v Coventry the first game of the season on a Friday night? But they could be top of the league by the end of this game!!United have been woeful, Hull will probably still be relegated.
United, baby, what is you doin2-0 Hull lol
Again.Didn't realise John Egan is playing PL football!
The league isn't decided today! But they could be top of the league by the end of this game!!
Brentford 5th and Tottering Hotspurt in the bottom three looks fairly accurateThe league isn't decided today!
We want Arsenal to lose as they are probably our main rivals for the title this season.
Agree, but I’m reliably told that Coventry are.Called it
