Thought it was interesting that he was deployed as a 10 before dams came on, sort of the role Gallagher has in that position where it's less about creating and more about pressing. We've seen Yarmo do the same thing as a LM in a 442 as well when there was some or other winger we wanted to bully off the ball, can't remember who now.

Doesn’t sound promising if Yarmo has a chronic injury that hasn't healed over the close season. Good luck lad. Perhaps this is the reason for KA not being fully aware of whether our incomings are complete? We're clearly giving it a right go this season.

Hmmmm. If "managing the situation" isn't resolving it, it often results in a surgery. Not saying it is in this case but I agree, doesn't sound good.

He is superb. But a couple of needless fouls...thought our shape was off/Sunderland pulled our midfield apart too easily, but he was better at dealing with that than Sangare, and bought much needed control.
