One of my favourite Brentford centre half’s, up there with Evan’s in my book.
To get £5m (possibly 6) is a great deal for someone who cost us £3m and we’ve had 7 years incredible service from him.

Legend is often overused but in the case of Ethan it barely does him justice. Really pleased that he’s got a great deal at a decent club at the top level. He’ll do the same job there that Ben Mee did for us and his ability in the air at both ends could be the difference in keeping them up.

Sad to seem him go but he’ll be visiting soon, will get a thunderous reception and undoubtably be popping up in our hall of fame in the future.

Honestly think we are fine. Four centre backs is enough, even if one is out for a few weeks. The club must rate Schuster pretty highly given what we paid, and we still have Fredrick and Kim in the building.

Alongside Christian, Ethan was my favourite Bees player.

We've done well to negotiate a fee for him. But even at 33, on his day he's definitely worth it! Coventry done well too there.

Sad to see him go, though wouldn't have been much happier seeing him limited to the odd cup game (I imagine people will be amending their B'Ham line ups as we speak!)

Will always be welcomed back at the Gtech.

Was such an imperiosu figure at the back. Yes he had the odd 'moment', but if we can have one next time he's at the Gtech, all will be forgiven.
