They did hit the post twice at Everton so perhaps the performance wasn't as bad as the result suggests

I just feel that, while they've been praised for their recruitment, it's not really in the same standard as ours. They've picked up a few bangers over the years, but the replacements have hardly shone, and they've usually sold when they don't want to, not when they want to, like we generally do.

Ish, but a summer is far too short a time frame to show an accurate picture. I’ve no concerns that Brentford are “top 7” in terms of net spend, given last summer our position was flipped due to Norgaard, Mbuemo, Flekken and Wissa departures far offsetting Kayode, Outtaro and Kelleher.

I doubt they are losing much sleep he's hardly pulled up many trees to justify much of an increase in the initial fee especially as they Stung man city for the initial transfer fee of £59m.

Guessing then that Onyekas fee (whatever that is) counts towards last season.
Doesnt even count any sell ons we'd get too such as ones from Konsa and maybe Watkins.
Both may not be much but can imagine it is unforecasted and means we don't necessarily have to sell a big'un this year as we also sold two last year.
Not saying we wont sell another player but there is very little noise coming from anywhere of any sales. And if Diouf does come, we'd have 3.5 left backs (0.5 being KLP).
