Like that starting XI a lot. Anthony definitely earned his place in there. Can see him, Schade and Dango swapping a lot as the season goes on, and helpful that all 3 are pretty comfortable on either side.

Anyone knows you need squad depth at this level, proved to be our undoing last season when we should have qualified for Europe with the depth we now have

Yep. Dango needs to be more consistent. Can be a 9/10 or 5/10, rather than a constant 7 or 8. Not being an automatic pick will make him work harder at his decision making and crossing.

And bringing Dango on later is a great option to have.

Indeed. Dango can be relatively quiet/unproductive for long periods before a moment of magic. If Antony can keep up that second half level of performance then it’s hard to justify not playing him.

Dango has that simple, short, explosive burst of pace to the bye line, in just a handful of paces, with a killer delivery. Goal created in seconds. Real weapon from the start or, especially, off the bench against a tiring defence.
