Fulham are sh*te ?️

Fulham’s high line costing them again today against Sunderland.

Arbeloa doesn’t understand that he isn’t coaching RM anymore. He isn’t coaching top end elite players and playing cannon fodder every week.

A season of struggle awaits IMO.

Shhhhhh.....don't tell him

We will f***ing destroy that ✅

BBC website
Yikes:

“A furious Arbeloa, after only his third competitive match in charge of Fulham, said he "didn't like the attitude of my team" and added: "We didn't even fight, we didn't run, poor technical level. We were not in the game."

Fulham were beaten 3-2 by Chelsea on the first weekend of the season, in a thrilling game.

"Against Chelsea at home, it's easy to run and fight but you have to do it every game," said Arbeloa.

"It's about the character, the mentality, and ambition. We didn't win any second balls. We want to be competitive, it's the most important thing for a team. We were not at our level - we need to show something more."

Dead man walking.

It’s worth pointing out that TF never did anything like this and you won’t see KA doing it either.

MB has said on this very forum about the need for emotional intelligence. You aren’t getting players running through walls for you by calling them sh*t in public.

Arbeloa needs to change and quickly before he finds himself out of his depth.

Fulham caller on 606 earlier said he would be gone in the International break
He’s seen how dire his side is. Could his rude comments about his own players be an attempt to get himself fired?

Arbeloa's appointment was questioned by a couple of my Fulham mates, before the season started.
His comments after the game (see #555)
will upset players and supporters.🤣
Dressing room lost already?
Lose to Palace next week, and it maybe adios Arbeloa to the Premier league.🤔

Honestly can't fathom why clubs like Fulham and Palace don't just promote their set piece coaches.

I wonder if TF would be tempted ? - hope not
Perfect gig for him rivalries aside. Obviously though, rivalries are not “aside” in this case.

He should do a Klopp and take a director style role at an MCO.

If Leno had gone full length for that 50/50 cross, he’d have got it or diverted it. Might’ve nicked a point off Sunderland if he’d not - as is the trend - gone feet first. You can throw your arms further than your legs. Shay Given said as much on MOTD last night.

Oh well, a few more like that will be great!

Arbeloa needs to continue doing exactly this.
Corrected for you (y)

Something grates with me about charging admission for an U17s game. Maybe it’s having all those PL £millions, or the participants not being old enough to be professionals? Anyway…

I can see what you mean but perhaps it sends a positive message to the young players, the people watching are not just people who were walking past with the dog and just wandered in - they chose and want to be there to watch them.
As it is it’s not even the price of a half a pint.

There has to be an element of covering external match costs?

Getting silly in my old age. Still thinking youngsters should be watched by dogs and their walkers..
