Tonali is the big one for me. Actually very similar to de Zerbi. Had the media talking him up for a big part of last season, wetting pants over his incredible play...yet every time I saw him, he failed the eye test...was useless against us in one game, and scored that fluke in the other, and his numbers...I mean, he's consistent...all his core metrics are in the 50s to 70s for percentile compared to others in the PL. His BEST is distance covered, and that's only the 82nd.

These clubs that made a lot of last-minute signings will be taking many weeks to get to a point where they gel together and bring a positive improvement, if at all. Unfortunately, we only have Forest to play in that period.
I think it is panic buys though - Sarr and Mateta don't want to be there so are they going to perform at 100%. I think they are in the bottom 6 category right now with Sunderland with the potential to be dragged into trouble quite easily if the promoted sides can maintain some form in the long haul not just for the first few months.
As they’re still there they’d be better performing rather than not as they’ll want more suitors in Jan or May next year

£30 million squad difference? That must be a wind up. Brentford squad is worth approximately £400m more than Celtic's. And that is being conservative with the player values.
