Aston Villa (A) (All +4 Tues 2pm)

Very frustrating afternoon, logged on to app using a garden centre's wifi, put 2 tickets in the basket, assigned them ok and then after paying my Tesco credit card requires authorisation, so into the app and try to do this. Phone now showing offline, back to Bees all for it to tell me I've run out of time and tickets have been reallocated back for sale!!!
Go through who process again with new tickets as originals now not available, worked this time!
Get home and my email on PC shows 2 transactions, so I've bought 2 lots tickets and have them been left hanging on the phone twice until it drops to automatic ringback!!!

I have an answer for your issue - they left a setting turned on that prevents Adults buying Child Tickets, they should've turned it off for this fixture and have now.

So if you have purchased with the Adult price then you can call back when they are less busy.
I managed to get a child ticket assigned and sorted at 2.11 pm

Unfortunately not, 98% of demand now met yet 700+ tickets still remaining = microscopic club again

X3 from Bagshot sorted. No singing section as Turkish was not quick enough. Boys are not happy!

So whats the thoughts on this process then. We never sell this out, and we've shifted nearly all in a day.

Big things are happening to our magnificent club. We’ve moved up a gear since last seasons achievement. Even more exciting times ahead.

Is there a reason you can’t sing in the family section?
Yes there is , singing almost always demands standing or the people singing demand it. The result is kids and older fans lik my wife and I cannot see- as we are in our 80s we cannot stand for 90 minutes. In our experience many of the singers have had a few and any request to sit down is met with abuse (on one recent occasion a so called Bees fan threatens to ‘stove my effin head in’) .
Is it too much to ask for just a few rows are devoted to those people who need to sit?

I was in the family section with 2 of my boys for Leeds away, did lots of singing whilst sitting down and respecting others. I don’t think the family section is no singing, just no standing.

That is great. We are very keen to sing . We were happy in our seats at Leeds

Don’t know as every away game I’ve been to since the club introduced the singing section, this is where I’ve purchased tickets. We’ll respect the section we’re in and hopefully we’ll see us bag an away win.

I got 3 in P9, Row CC, in that lower bit of the upper, as my partner, who can't stand for any length of time, is always complaining she can never go to Bees games (converted Man City fan ). That's 'family friendly' but my son's not over-happy, though; he'll probably need to curb his language.

Hahaha
A elderly female friend suprised by my wife’s love of going to the Bees once asked’what about all the bad language?’
I replied ‘she just has to cut it out!’
