Why is it never straightforward! Select 2 at the initial stage and then when you get option for specific ticket it only allows one ? Surely you don’t have to go in and buy them one at a time ?

no , you select each seat once you have :
chosen quantity
Chosen area

When you get to that next section it splits each ticket - so you need to choose the price point for the first one - then scroll down and do the same for subsequent ones.

They definitely won’t put home fans in those blocks as it’s a shared concourse. They’re not really “tiered” either.

Yes. My wording could have been clearer, but Club 1871 group say we also have West Upper if we need it as well as the whole of the South.

Only West (Lower), North and East are being sold to home fans, not West Upper.

Ticket map reminder

Currently R30-32 and GU1-3 on sale.

I don't think the south stand (RU30-32) has any lower/upper distinction and both should be on sale.

The west stand (GU1-3) we are only getting the upper tier. Home fans are downstairs.

No map, select 3 tickets and then you have to select another 3 even if you could’ve type the option in the left area. At least I got something in R30 where exactly don’t have a clue. Where is row V? High or mid way?

Anyway …hope we disintegrate these f***ers. They deserve it just for the stadium name

PC was an issue, as i wanted 5 and could only select 1 with no map available.
Worked okay using mobile, 5 altogether, but again no map.

Pretty certain its all one block. I was assigned row K in Block 31.

Not sure if anyone else had issues using a mobile for this one? It would show me the list of available areas but when I selected one, the page would just do a quick refresh but leave me on the same list. Ended up just doing it on the laptop and it was easy enough.

There was no ability to "scroll down" to select another ticket when I accessed via my laptop, despite selectin "2" to start with. But I could when I went via the App on my phone..........

So, managed to get 2 in the end.

There is two “scroll down” menus the main one and the very stupid one right where you want to select

Think with the multiple tickets you then have to scroll down on the right and select each tariff for the tickets you have chosen. This is a different process to normal EPL away ticketing which might throw some off

Unfortunately the club have to manually create the seat maps if the opposition doesn't use the same system as us.

I guess Reading didn't provide enough information or there wasn't enough time to do it.

I think that is what they would normally do for an away team with a larger allocation e.g. for a league game. Because R27-R29 is a popular home section.

The comments from the home fans group suggest we will be able to get R27-R29 too, but this is probably the order in which they asked us to sell them.
