first time I've had bad food today at the Gtech, the greek flatbread thing was pathetic (only bad thing about the day and dont like moaning) it was terrible. Not sure if it was because they sent everyone in legends lounge a free food voucher and most people claimed their voucher today. Will email the club . Great day otherwise !

Machines in west were not printing vouchers but completed the transaction and when we got on a machine that did work it didn’t scan the qr code after three minutes faffing around .

2 bottles of cider at hour+ before kick off reduced price, and £3 app discount = £6 for the two!!

Dunno if it applies to you but I think it has to be done before the bill is totalled. Certainly, when I had trouble, the server re-opened the bill and the code worked fine.

My mate was in the East Stand for the Frankfurt game and said it was ridiculous - had to queue up at the machine to pre-order, then had to queue up again to actually get the order filled - took ages.

This time, arriving in the West Stand about 5.10, we just went straight to the short(ish) queue at the counter and got served pretty quickly. Mind you, when the girl went to pour my £6 can of Pride, it was nearly as much foam as beer, so she had to let it settle while she got the rest of our order. And when she eventually topped it up, I'm not sure there was enough room left in the glass yet to empty the can completely? (I say "glass", but although the Pride's temperature was about right, I remembered why I really dislike drinking beer out of plastic.)

Beyond that, my Cumberland Sausage (with Onions) was actually pretty decent, and good value, at least for £6 in a football stadium.

I thought the new lager was even worse than the Grolsch before, but this is coming from a man (me) who’s idea of a nice lager is a Amstel or a Fosters, so don’t shoot the messenger, it’s all subjective

Do you mean the Bee-Order screen? Its just a queue. Ask for any member of staff in that kiosk.

In that case the UI is crap. There’s a “place your order button” and when you click through to the order page and it says 60–90 mins before kickoff. If it’s not an option it should say so before the idiot user gets to that point. As it is it just looks broken.

Its advertised each week as Order between 72 and 9 hours before each match. But i guess you are helping to reinforce the point we have made to the club that, even after 3 seasons, there is very low awareness of BeeOrder amongst the general fanbase.

Way too modern & fancy, need a bloke with foot square panels with numbers on that he slots into a frame.
These can only be read at a distance no greater than 20 yards. Absolutely useless but by heck we were happy.
