It doesn't count the stewards, catering staff, media, coaches, extra players or many other people that were in the stadium watching the match either.

No. That will be for the number of seats. Not everyone is sitting down in a spectator seat.

Some people squeeze in with mates elsewhere in the stand. A seat near me is never occupied by its STH for that reason.

You get a yellow card for every match you miss or not list.

If you get four then you need to be speaking to the club to not lose your Season Ticket.
