Hello fellow fans. Not one to usually moan, but is there a time limit for a response to an email I have sent the club. I got the automated response within 24 hours, which I thought was good. Over a week has gone by and nothing. It was a request for my Dad's 90th birthday. I sent the email to [email protected]. I do find the club are very very slow at email responses to the generic addresses. I also think the reply rate is under 100% by some margin.

I can give you the answer to that one. Unfortunately not. The rights belong to the PL who have sold them to various TV companies.
