He’s the reason I’m against Arsenal winning the title. We’ve probably all got mates that support Arsenal, and I always have to politely say to them that he’s no ambassador for their club in my view.

Same.
Im about to join a family quiz where my aunt and cousin are Arsenal fans. Friends too.
Keep telling them I wouldn't mind seeing their name on the trophy, been a while, but Arteta (and a lot of the whiny African fans) just make me want to hate them.

I'm no lover of Arsenal but by rights they should be miles clear of Man City, the continued farce whereby the powers that be fail to sufficiently sanction Man City and just keep letting it roll along because they haven't got the guts to hit them where it hurts, a massive points deduction is just typical of the attitude of the Premier League and the people who have to make decisions, basically "We can't upset the big boys". Chelsea serial FFP cheats under that **** Abramovich get a slap on the wrist because they co-operated and admitted it.

I might be in the minority on here but I often cheer on the English team in the Champions League Final, even Man City. Just feels like the natural thing to do.

I feel absolutely no warmth whatsoever to this Arsenal team, partly to do with their absolutely awful fans (arguably the least loyal, entitled little bitches in the league at that takes some doing)..., partly due to the way they treated Wenger back in their glory days, but mainly because of this slimey little creep of a coach.

It's fair to say that depsite Citeh's 115 potential charges, I've always respected Pep, the way he talks, comes across and of course speaks regarding Brentford. Whichever version of Brentford Pep has played, he's always had total respect and admiration for what we've done.

This tw*t on the other hand, through gritted teeth has barely said a good word about any team in the league. Plays the least attractive football that about a billion quid can buy you during his reign so far as Arsenal coach and genuinely makes someone like Roberto De Zerbi look like a stand up guy.

Arsenal may have won the league for the first time in 7 years under Arteta, but for the first time ever i'll be supporting the French team in the Champions League final. I don't particularly like PSG, what they represent or anything about them reallly... but they do play wonderful Football and Arteta cannot get it all his own way this season.

This Arsenal team may well be the worst to ever win the premier league, but that will be hard to say if they win the champions league too. Come on PSG.

Last day of the season will be interesting. Arsenal play Palace. Earlier this season Palace sold Eze to Palace who are now safe. A clause in the contract gives Palace a £10m add on fee if Arsenal win the League. Will Palace take the soup and throw the match?

Perhaps worthy of a thread on its own but since this one is already open….is there a more insufferable fanbase in the country? As much as I hate Leeds and Forest, I’m not sure.

Having to deal with their hordes of glory hunters on the underground after a tortuous journey back from Liverpool last night nearly tipped me over the edge.

I hope they get stuffed on Saturday.

Try living in Highbury! The amount of broken glass on every street right now, even after they’ve sent the street sweepers round, is something to behold. Not good for we cyclists!

4 x separate shirt wearers in Sainsbury’s South Ruislip, (RUISLIP!) yesterday. We were only in there for 30 minutes, or so. They didn’t appear related, in fact a couple looked like they’d been let out with a list from their Mum…

Don’t blame them if their local alternative is blue-and-white hoops!

Their local alternative is surely Red and White Stripes.

No straight reds I should have said...... sorry.
The deliberate foul in the recent Burnley game from Havertz on the Burnley player was a clear red card all day long, but between Paul (useless) Teirney and VAR he ended up with just a yellow?, in my opinion it’s a disgraceful decision and extremely poor officiating

Yep, big clubs get the decisions week in week out, of that there is no doubt!

Arsenal shirts everywhere at the moment, I hope they get stuffed 6-0 on Saturday so they can put those shirts away for another 20 years.

Interview snippet on SSN tonight. Seems to be under the impression that Arse have never retained the title. This is only true for the PL era, of course, but they didn’t tell him that.

To lose one player in a post-match training match, Mr. Arteta, may be regarded as a misfortune; to lose two looks like carelessness. Not quite Henderson levels of post-match injury, but...

"Arteta confirmed that Arsenal will be without Piero Hincapie, who along with Martin Zubimendi, picked up an injury after the 2-1 win over Leeds United on Saturday.
Well it happened, we had a training session planned after the game for the players that didn't have enough minutes to get everybody the recovery day on Sunday, and to get everybody in the right rhythm. In two very unfortunate actions, we lost two players, and yeah, not great. We need to assess them today. They have further scans to see where they are and they will have that time frame, how long they're going to be out for."

A rather unfortunate background for the new signing, don’t you think?

Somewhat ironic.

Isn’t this the opposite of ironic as you expect him to sob😎

Imagine Man City win the league by 10 points to arsenal and then any punishment is next season or suspended or exonerated ! Arteta may just explode
