That only applies if it's a "Clear, Deliberate and Impactful" attempt to delay the restart, which this is not. If you're clutching at straws "lack of respect for the game" but it's just a bit of banter IMO.

Not saying the Luton card was correct by any stretch (not that I personally saw it as I was in action elsewhere)

How nice it is to see a manager not shirking away from his responsibilities and doing everything he can to make things right when the team he's responsible for aren't playing well, as opposed to performatively throwing a strop and flipping a table for the cameras before walking out, forcing someone else to do his job for him. Oh wait...
