1) Because he woke up before Matti.

2) Because his wife was going to be induced at 4pm.

3) He had a medical at PSG booked for the afternoon.

4) It was punishment for not washing his hands after going to the loo.

Or it could have been that KA wanted to start certain combinations of players together. Anyone making anything of this is just trying to make a story out of nothing.

My guess would be he wanted to give all the players 60+ mins and couldn't do that all in one game, he wanted both team to have a mix of senior players

Just watched this - always worries me when our Comms team don’t ask about knocks and injuries. Obviously a ‘gagging order’ in place . Dango was hobbling a lot as he came off the pitch but maybe was due to the fact he was walking around with his boots off

He made a calamity mistake in the first half under very little pressure. Wasn't really tested in behind or off the shoulder at any point.
I love him, at one point a few years back I wouldn't have swapped him with anyone. But if he's playing regular PL matches this coming season we have a problem, IMO.
