Ah, I see,That's the correct date for Round 2 and European teams could be playing round 3 in either of the two weeks.

There's no additional reason why it would move. So it simply depends on whether it gets picked for TV.Assume it is very likely that the Liverpool home game on Saturday 17th October will get moved from the 3pm kick-off currently scheduled? (I know we won't know for sure unt late August - just trying to suss out if more likely or not?)
Just going by previous ‘form’ I’d say it’s ‘likely’ to be moved from 3pm Saturday @jimmybradAssume it is very likely that the Liverpool home game on Saturday 17th October will get moved from the 3pm kick-off currently scheduled? It says the reason in the notes columnSomeone remind me why the Chelsea home game is at risk
Because of the new International break there are Champions League Matches before and after this fixtureAssume it is very likely that the Liverpool home game on Saturday 17th October will get moved from the 3pm kick-off currently scheduled? So it does. That's the trouble with viewing on my mobile. Don't always scroll across enough. It says the reason in the notes column
Building up their credit early so they can delay loads later - just like last seasonStandby people, there might be a record early release
YES!Well, I didn't have Hull vs Brentford on my TV slot coupon. Does that mean we've lost our 'plucky newcomers' tag and are firmly in the 'lets get two teams with less appeal to advertisers out of the way in one match' category?
Indeed. They were unlikely to move our games against Villa or Liverpool because they usually keep teams with an upcoming CL fixture on the Saturday (or Friday).First post updated. Good to have some 3pm fixtures eh?
They've made us the main 2pm selection knowing they can show Palace v Newcastle and Man U v Bournemouth as bonus picks. The smaller club in each fixture is helpfully playing in Europe on the Thursday before... Helpfully for Sky anyway.Well, I didn't have Hull vs Brentford on my TV slot coupon. Does that mean we've lost our 'plucky newcomers' tag and are firmly in the 'lets get two teams with less appeal to advertisers out of the way in one match' category?
Ahhhh, I wondered why they didn't select that game. They haven't even asterisked it the sneaky so-and-sosLiverpool v Brighton will be on the list too that day if Brighton win their Conference League play off.
Yes you'd have thought they would say "could be moved if Brighton win at North Pole (A) this week and next week"Ahhhh, I wondered why they didn't select that game. They haven't even asterisked it the sneaky so-and-sos
aka the contractual obligation fixture.Well, I didn't have Hull vs Brentford on my TV slot coupon. Does that mean we've lost our 'plucky newcomers' tag and are firmly in the 'lets get two teams with less appeal to advertisers out of the way in one match' category?

Let me get in there first by saying Villa at 3pm on a Saturday is a result for the casualsCan we reawaken FJ for a report?
Slightly annoying that Hull is now a Sunday but I'll still be there to tick it off and complete the top division away setHull has moved to Sunday 2pm ko

I presume you mean you've been to the ground whether it was a PL game or not...given we won't have played Coventry by that point.Slightly annoying that Hull is now a Sunday but I'll still be there to tick it off and complete the top division away set![]()
Yeah all grounds for teams in PL (actually all grounds in top 2 divisions now Oxford are League One) - edging towards the 92 very slowlyI presume you mean you've been to the ground whether it was a PL game or not...given we won't have played Coventry by that point.
I don't think so.Liverpool game is marked as confirmed in post 1, but assume the game will move to Sunday when the Champions League draw is done?
No. CL games are on Tuesday and Wednesday both of which can be followed by a game on Saturday.Liverpool game is marked as confirmed in post 1, but assume the game will move to Sunday when the Champions League draw is done?

Correct and updated in #'1 postChelsea game confirmed for Fri night Sep 18th
Ah so you are saying that it's guaranteed that we are playing in the W/C 7th September? But we still don't know which day.....@Banana
I found tbis
Oxford United can confirm that our League One home fixture against Reading has been rescheduled.
The fixture, originally scheduled to take place on Saturday 29 August, will now be played on Tuesday 8 September with a 7:45pm kick-off.
Should either Oxford United or Reading progress to Round Three of the Carabao Cup, the League fixture will instead be played on Tuesday 15 September.
Which leaves only Tue 8 or Wed 9 for Reading v Brentford.
That's brilliant nerd stuff! I've passed this on to the club as I am pretty certain you're ahead of them!Which leaves only Tue 8 or Wed 9 for Reading v Brentford.
Already on Skysports app 8 September weirdly just with ko to confirm maybe? That's brilliant nerd stuff! I've passed this on to the club as I am pretty certain you're ahead of them!

Oxford could not have been certain about that statement in bold when writing that though.... because Reading (or Oxford) could have been drawn against a CL team and forced to play in the cup in w/c 15th September.Ah so you are saying that it's guaranteed that we are playing in the W/C 7th September? But we still don't know which day.....
As per post #1. It could of course move to MondayBrighton (A) to move Sunday 8th November after their win tonight??
Think @Judio1999 said it couldnt be Monday, as that falls within International Break period.....As per post #1. It could of course move to Monday
