Random one, I'll be flying in but will have luggage as staying a few days. Does anyone have experience of the bag storage places? Seems Manchester Piccadilly is quite expensive (£15?), are the companies around town with cheaper prices reliable etc?

Try Stasher or Excess Baggage Left Luggage to book online.
The latter will prob cost about £15 .... Stasher gives options some of which will be at hotels (near to eg Piccadilly station) & are pretty cheap.
Should book as far in advance as possible.

Try Stasher.com , you can usually store bags in Premier Inns even if you aren't staying there

£39 return from Reading with a railcard.

£46 from Trowbridge with railcard using Trainline. Managed to get hotel in Salford for £65. City centre ones ridiculous prices.

The hotel I booked though has a 1.3 ranking on TripAdvisor. Sure I'll cope.
