      Christ, they don't help themselves. The whole point of the hugely expensive rebranding exercise surely was that the carefully chosen colours and fonts were accompanied by league and regional logos on social media posts.

      I would hazard the consultants didn't fully think through such eventualities or implications on clubs with larger fan bases. Clubs were asked how many they needed. A request for 120 to cover 25 named shirts for squad x 3 for all three kits...

      If the chatter this week is correct, the nomadic SE Dons have now secured their own lease (obv at far far higher rent) on the ground and will play there this season in the league VCD would have been in had they kept going.

      The midweek fixtures this season are Brentford v Ashford Town - to be played by 31 Oct Ashford Town v Brentford - to be played by 1 May First batch of Sunday fixtures (usually covering till October) released by 20 July. Season starts 16 Aug.

      To be fair, although allocated by the FA Leagues committee, the constitution of the league isn't actually ratified until the LSERWFL AGM on June 29th. Any appeals of league allocations are yet to be heard - although they almost always fail.

      Beat Columbia in Bogota 4-0 and then flew to Quito to beat Ecuador 2-0. On then flying to Mexico, they had another five hour stop over in Bogota when Bobby Moore was arrested for the "stolen" bracelet incident and held for four days.
